This website is operated by The Healer. By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because our skincare is made with natural ingredients in small batches, colour, aroma and texture may vary slightly. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product information is provided for general cosmetic and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition. Review ingredient lists and directions before use, patch test where appropriate, and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, allergy, pregnancy-related concern or persistent skin reaction.
ORDERS
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description contains a material error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been processed. Please ensure your contact, delivery and billing details are accurate.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed securely by the relevant provider. We may correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order and will contact you if this affects an order already submitted.
DELIVERY
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable South African law.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse this website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, use it for an unlawful purpose, or reproduce substantial website content commercially without permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Healer name, branding, photographs, written content, packaging artwork and other original material belong to us or are used with permission. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and information.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store uses Shopify and other payment, analytics, delivery and review providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or misuse of a product contrary to its directions. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.
PRIVACY
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
CHANGES
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. The version in force when we accept an order applies to that order unless a legal change requires otherwise.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled by a court or consumer body with lawful jurisdiction.
