SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER PREPARATION
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery within South Africa is generally estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch for main centres. Rural, remote or outlying areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, but we will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Available delivery options and the applicable charge are shown at checkout before payment. We do not offer unrestricted free delivery.

TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after the order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please provide a complete and accurate street address, postal code and contact number. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

COURIER DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruption, severe weather, access restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will assist in tracing the parcel and resolving delivery problems where reasonably possible.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the parcel and products and contact us as soon as possible. If tracking shows no progress or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, email steve@thehealercodex.co.za with your order number.

COLLECTION
Collection is available only where specifically arranged with us in advance.
